Mr. Pageasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether, in view of the recent accidents involving tankers carrying dangerous substances, he will amend the relevant regulations so as to reduce the speed limit for such vehicles from 30 miles per hour to its previous figure of 20 miles per hour.
