HC Deb 17 December 1959 vol 615 cc240-1W
Sir T. Moore

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, in view of the fact that road schemes to the value of two-thirds of the£40 millions programme for Scotland for the four-year period to 31st March, 1962, have been authorised in the first 18 months, what proposals he has for expanding the programme to avoid a reduction in the rate of authorisation.

Mr. Maclay

I would ask my hon. Friend to await the publication of the Estimates for 1960–61 which will cover my proposals for that year.
