§ Mr. T. G. D. GalbraithMy right hon. Friend is aware of the continuing increase in the number of deaths from lung cancer in Scotland. Local health authorities have been helping for some time to make generally known the possible consequences of smoking, and he believes that this has been largely achieved. So far as international investigation is concerned, I cannot add to the reply by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health to the same Question yesterday.
