§ Mr. Lennox-BoydConsiderable efforts have been made by my Advisory Committee on Colonial Colleges of Arts, Science and Technology to attract applicants for this post. This process has unfortunately taken longer than I or my Advisory Committee wished, but I hope that an announcement about the appointment of a new Principal will be made very shortly.
