HC Deb 26 January 1954 vol 522 c211W
Mr. Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if his attention has been drawn to the existence of an American serum which, it is claimed, can stop bleeding in cases of haemophilia; and whether he will take immediate steps to ensure that adequate supplies of such serum are readily available to doctors who have patients suffering from this complaint.

Mr. J. Stuart

Such a preparation is already available in Scotland through the Blood Transfusion Service.
