asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has considered the resolution passed by the Cardiff National Coal Board Branch of the Clerical and Administrative Workers' Union, a copy of which has been sent to him, seeking legislation to implement the Gowers Report on Office Conditions; and what action he proposes to take.
