HC Deb 15 December 1954 vol 535 c165W
Mr. Beswick

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the petition presented to the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations Organization by the natives of the Marshall Islands, regarding injuries suffered by inhabitants on the islands of Rongalab and Utirik following the detonation of a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific, has now been considered; and what action was proposed by Her Majesty's Government's representative on the Trusteeship Council.

Mr. Turton

I have nothing to add to the reply given on 26th July to the hon. Member for Eton and Slough (Mr. Fenner Brockway).
