§ Miss Horsbrugh2,806,076 children in grant-aided schools in England and Wales received school dinners on a day in June, 1952, including 5,008 in the urban district of Hayes and Harlington. No figures have yet been received for this year, but I have asked local education authorities for a return of the number of school dinners provided on a day in June.
