§ Mr. J. StuartProposals for the reorganisation of the West Highland cargo services maintained by Messrs. David MacBrayne, Ltd., are at present being considered by the Advisory Panel on the Highlands and Islands, and I am not yet in a position to say when any re-organisation of the services will take place.
