asked the Minister of Education whether she will recommend that a certain number of the courses for teachers, arranged by or under the auspices of her Department in 1953, be devoted to the Atlantic community.

The programme of short courses for teachers to be held in 1953 has already been drawn up, but in arranging future programmes my Department will be including courses of wider application in whichinter alia the aims and achievements of the Atlantic community will be studied. It may be possible later on to run courses specifically concerned with the Atlantic community on an international basis.
