asked the Minister of Education what percentage of children in all the schools of the borough of Merthyr Tydfil were taking school dinners in each of the years 1948. 1949. 1950, 1951 and 1952; what was the number of children paying for their dinners in each of these years: and what was the cost per dinner in those years.
