Sir S. Holmes

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will make a statement giving the annual cost in the financial year ended 31st March, 1946, and in each subsequent financial year of Exchequer subsidies and local authorities' statutory contributions, respectively, in respect of new permanent houses and flats built in Scotland since 1st April, 1945.
