§ Mr. GammansThe proportion of our resources allotted to kiosks is already greater in Wales than elsewhere, and we hope to allocate even more for Wales next year. The cost of installation, however, is rising as we deal with more remote kiosks and, for this reason, I doubt whether we shall be able to provide a greater number of new kiosks next year.
