§ 128. Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many local authorities have published information regarding the provisions of the Furnished Houses (Rent Controlled) Act, 1946, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (3) of that Act; what steps he has taken to encourage local authorities to make use of the powers conferred on them by that Section; and what he proposes to do to request those local authorities who have not yet published such information to do so.
§ Mr. MarplesAll, so far as my right hon. Friend knows. No further exhortation seems to be called for, in view of the excellent co-operation of local authorities.
