§ Mr. EcclesOwing to the need to carry out repairs to the stonework of the remaining window in St. Stephen's Hall it will not be possible to reglaze the window until 1953, although the stained glass has been made. The windows in St. Stephen's Hall are being restored exactly as they were before the war. This means that the arms of the Borough of Accrington which were not included in the earlier window will not be in the new one.
