§ 87. Mr. Jayasked the Minister of Works whether he will arrange for free public access to the riverside walk in Battersea Park throughout the winter months this year during which the gardens themselves will be closed.
§ Mr. EcclesI understand that the London County Council and Festival Gardens Ltd. have agreed to open to the public as much as possible of the riverside section of the Gardens during the winter months. Details of the boundaries are now being settled.
