§ Mr. HobsonEleven new vans are being employed on delivery and collection work under the scheme for reorganisation and improvement of postal services introduced in the Perth area on 12th of this month. The scheme affects 12 sub-postmasters, 10 of whom will be due for reductions in emoluments of varying amounts aggregating some £600 a year.
