§ 75. Mr. Powellasked the Minister of Health whether reciprocal arrangements under the National Health Service have yet been made with the Netherlands.
§ Mr. MarquandFull reciprocal arrangements have not been made but under a convention recently ratified, indigent British subjects in the Netherlands will, as from 27th April next, have the same rights to free medical treatment as indigent Dutch subjects.
