§ Mr. Stewardasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make arrangements for the refund to motor-car dealers of half of the Purchase Tax paid at the 66¾ per cent. rate on motor-cars in stock in respect of which Purchase Tax has since been reduced.
