CrippsThe Post Office's investment programme necessarily has to be related both to the money available for capital investment in the country as a whole, and to the requirements of other programmes. For these reasons, I regret that it is not possible to revise this programme. What work is to be carried out within the programme is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Postmaster-General.
