§ 73. Squadron-Leader Burdenasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury how many persons are at present suspended from Government employment for security reasons; how many are receiving full pay; and how long it is intended to continue their suspension on full pay in each case.
§ Mr. JayTwenty-three persons are suspended from duty on full pay, 10 pending a decision under the agreed procedure, 13 while the possibility of alternative employment is being investigated. Suspension is continued for as long as is required to ensure that all reasonable efforts have been made to secure alternative employment.
