§ Colonel J. R. H. Hutchisonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what increase in the gold and dollar reserves, expressed in terms of dollars, has taken place since devaluation.
§ Sir S. CrippsThe value, at the old rates of exchange, of our reserves of gold and U.S. and Canadian dollars increased from £330 million as at 17th September of this year to £351 million on 30th September. Figures in respect of the end of December will be made available early in January, but I am not prepared to give interim information.
