§ Mr. Cobbasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer to what extent the estimated expenditure up to date by university institutions on the acquisition of sites and properties and the erection of new buildings or extensions or adaptations and purchase of equipment, in each year since the war, has been met out of capital grants provided through the University Grants Committee.
