WilsonAfter a detailed investigation by the estate company in conjunction with the Welsh Board of Health, extensive repairs to these sub-standard houses, the improvement of the drainage of the site and the completion of the installation of central heating are now298W under way. Frequent discussions have been held between the estate company and the tenants who are fully aware of the work which is being carried out. The total estimated cost is £25,200. Repairs to 24 houses are almost complete and the balance of the work should be finished by mid-summer.
