§ Mr. BottomleyI am not at the present time able to say what percentage of plantation rubber is likely to be allowed in future in the manufacture of rubber goods in the United States. The legislation which authorises the existing regulations in the United States is due to expire on 31st March, and I cannot predict what form the future legislation may take.
