Mr. Dyeasked the Minister of Health what estimate he has made of the number of new houses to be provided by the local authorities to meet the needs of the agricultural population of England; to what extent a programme has been drawn up for 1948, 1949 and 1950; and whether there will be any proportionate limitation on building by private owners for agricultural needs.
