§ Mr. KeySupplies of sheet glass have been increased during the past two months and I have now arranged for a further increase. A shortage of plaster in Scotland was caused by a temporary breakdown in a plaster factory in Glasgow; at my request, English manufacturers agreed to despatch additional quantities to Scotland.
