asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty when he proposes to issue a revised reprint of the Workers' Handbook relating to conditions of service, rates of pay, allowances, &c., of workpeople employed in Admiralty establishments at home.

Mr. Dugdale

The Workmen's Handbook has been revised, and a new issue has reached an advanced stage of preparation. I anticipate that the book will reach the printers before the end of the year.
