Mr. Turtonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what are the total surpluses at present held by the Gold Coast Cocoa Marketing Board and the Nigeria Cocoa Marketing Board; and what sums accrued as profits from the marketing of cocoa have been distributed to the producers in the Gold Coast and Nigeria, respectively, since 1st August, 1945.
