§ Mr. Goronwy Robertsasked the Minister of Education why there is delay in considering the application by the Llanwnda, Caernarvonshire, Young Farmers' Club for a grant towards the purchase, erection and maintenance of a hut secured by the club for approved youth service, when both the local education authority and the National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs have expressed support for the application; and if he will expedite a decision in this case.
