§ 94. Miss Baconasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he contemplates introducing early legislation to implement that part of the Report of the Committee on Procedure in Matrimonial Causes which recommends giving to the magistrates power to make payments greater than £2 per week for a wife and 10s. for a child.
