Smithersasked the Minister of Fuel and Power what, under the new arrangements which are to start on the first Monday in May, will be the average weekly cash earnings of underground and surface workers, respectively, taking into account allowances in kind, cost of baths, welfare levy including the additional extra day's pay and 16 per cent. bonus based on an annual production of 200,000,000 tons a year.
