§ Mr. G. Thomasasked the Minister of Education how many extra teachers will be required in Cardiff; and how many additional classrooms will be required when the school-leaving age is raised to 15 years.
§ Mr. TomlinsonI understand that 47 additional teachers will be required in214W Cardiff when the school leaving age is raised to 15. The number of temporary hut classrooms needed is 31: other additional accommodation will be provided by restoration of war damage and erection of schools for housing estates.
