HC Deb 11 March 1947 vol 434 c161W
104 Mrs. Braddock

asked the Secretary of State for War what responsibility he exercises over, Army personnel serving sentences in Outram Road civil prison, Singapore; how many English Army personnel ate there; whether he is satisfied that the men receive proper legal aid when charged with offences; and if he will have a full inquiry made into the conditions which the men refer to as Belsen.
