HC Deb 24 February 1947 vol 433 c239W
67. Mr. Touche

asked the Minister of Works when it is proposed to erect the prefabricated structures needed for the new school buildings at Horley; and if he is aware that the wood for the window frames and the plaster boards to be used in these buildings have suffered considerable damage owing to their exposure to the weather since they were delivered on the site in July and August.

Mr. Key

Work will start as soon as the weather permits. I am informed that the precautions taken in the matter of storage have prevented any serious damage to the material on the site.
