HC Deb 24 February 1947 vol 433 c241W
82. Mr. York

asked the Minister of Food whether he will consider putting dried eggs on the ration in view of the difficulties of obtaining a supply.

Dr. Summerskill

I am afraid that our present and prospective supplies of dried egg are insufficient to provide a regular ration for everybody. If the hon. Member will give me particulars of any districts where dried egg has not been available against points, I will gladly investigate.
