§ Mr. TomlinsonThe total cost of repairing and converting the 18 houses in Cornwall Terrace for temporary office use is estimated at £88,000. Of this figure £6,800 represents paint work and £2,850 furnishing. The remainder represents structural repairs and reconditioning including a considerable amount of war damage repair and engineering services.
