§ Mr. TomlinsonThe present unsatisfactory conditions at Canton secondary school are due to the partial destruction of the premises by enemy action during the war. Plans for the restoration of the first floor rooms have been approved and certificates for materials in respect of an instalment of the work have recently been issued.
