§ Dr. SummerskillA special issue of 5 lb. of sugar per colony will be made to beekeepers to help them through the present difficult weather if they apply to their local food offices before the end of this month. I should be grateful if they would not apply before Easter, as it will take a day or two for detailed instructions to reach food offices.
