Mr. Vaneasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will undertake that instructions issued to any A.E.C., or officer of his Department or other person, 120W to make inquiries on his behalf whether a notice served on the occupier to quit an agricultural holding shall receive his consent, shall include the specific instruction to afford the occupier an opportunity of fully stating his case.
