§ Mr. H. MorrisonI would refer my hon. Friend to the White Paper on Scientific Research and Development (Cmd. 6514) published in April, 1944. The central machinery for coordination in the civil science field is at present under review. Revised arrangements for defence research are described in the White Paper on the Central Organisation for Defence (Cmd. 6923).
