112. Mr. Hastings

asked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the public misrepresentations regarding the National Health Service Act, he will consider the issue to the public of a short factual statement setting out the main provisions of the Act

Mr. Bevan

At the appropriate time before the service comes into operation, I intend to make known as widely as possible the effect of the Act and the nature of the services to be provided under it.
