§ Mr. BellengerI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on Tuesday last to the hon. and gallant Member for North Blackpool (Brigadier Low) of which I am sending him a copy. As previously stated, the maximum period of deferment permissible without special War Office authority is three months.
