Fletcherasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will make available to industry in this country, through trade associations and other means, improved specifications and processes, including patents, discovered in enemy territory, particularly in regard to machinery and chemical processes.
§ Mr. Ellis SmithA series of reports embodying the industrial intelligence that has been collected in Germany are being printed by His Majesty's Stationery Office. Copies of these reports will be sent to the trade associations concerned, universities, professional institutes and the chief public libraries throughout the United Kingdom. Copies will also be available at the Stationery Office for others who may be interested. Arrangements are being made for the Dominions and Colonial Governments, as well as the Government of Northern Ireland, to receive this information. A public announcement will shortly be made giving details of the reports which are published and how they may be obtained.
