§ Captain Bullockasked the Prime Minister (1) if the 1939–1940 Star will be given to members of the Y.M.C.A. who served in the forward areas in France in 1939–1940;
(2) if the 1939–1940 Star will be given to members of the British Red Cross Commission who served in France in 1939–1940.
§ The Prime MinisterY.M.C.A. workers and personnel of the Red Cross and St. John War Organisation Commission who served with the forces in France on a full-time basis and in uniform will be eligible, subject to the qualifying conditions laid down for the Army.
