§ Sir D. Hackingasked the Secretary of State for War whether his attention has beep drawn to the criticism, both within and without the Army, of the statement on the cover of the publications of the Army Bureau of Current Affairs, prohibiting other than official persons having access to their contents; and whether, if he is satisfied that there is nothing in these publications that should be kept secret from the general public, he will take steps to have the prohibition removed?
§ Sir J. GriggI am not aware that the restriction of the distribution of these publications to the persons for whom they are intended in any way impairs their usefulness for the purposes for which they are written.
