asked the Secretary of State for War whether soldiers discharged under King's Regulations, paragraph 390 (xviii) (a), are eligible to draw their postwar credits on discharge?

No, Sir. As stated in my reply to the hon. Member on 2nd February, post-war credits are specially released for payment to persons invalided out of the Service or to the estate in the event of death. Otherwise, like Income Tax post-war credits, they do not become payable until after the war.
