§ Mr. H. MorrisonTwenty-five persons were condemned to death on conviction of murder in 1942. Fifteen have been executed, eight were reprieved, in one case the conviction was quashed on appeal and a verdict of manslaughter was substituted, and one case is still under consideration. I am sending my hon. Friend the other particulars for which he asks.
