Major Lloyd GeorgeIf it should prove necessary to introduce fuel rationing, I should of course arrange for billeted persons to make some contribution to the fuel ration of the household. I cannot at this stage inform my hon. Friend what the amount of the contribution would be, but I should naturally endeavour to see that it was adequate.
