asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he recently appointed a committee to investigate the position at Harton Colliery, Durham; and whether he will publish the report of the investigation?

The answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. It is not my intention that the committee's report shall be published at this stage.
